The tooth fairy brought this doll for my daughter when she lost two teeth in one day. Frankie is my daughter's second favorite character after Claw Deen and the Ghouls Rule series is her favorite of the Monster High doll types. The costumes and hair are, in general, the most elaborate, modest, fun, and stylish. This doll is no exception. The picture doesn't do it justice - it is much nicer and more detailed in person.The dolls are of the same quality as the other Monster High dolls, which I do not consider to be well made. I would not buy this doll for a 5 year old, but it should stay in one piece in the gentler hands of an older child.Due to the extra joints, compared to a Barbie, these dolls are very poseable and my daughter and her friends create intricate scenes with them. Because of their lanky proportions and light weight they tend to be unstable when perched in a chair or similar piece of furniture.My biggest gripe are the extremely exaggerated proportions with itty bitty absurd wasp waists and ridiculously stretched arms and legs. It creates an unrealistic fantasy for my daughter. Then again, she is playing with werewolves, vampires, and ghosts.
