The lock was easy to install. It came with paper templates to use to align/adjust the frame for the bolt. The app allows us to set codes for different people, the codes can be set for different lengths of time, and there are also 2 fobs that you just tap on the number pad, which make entry SUPER EASY.We like to set our lock to automatically lock after 10 seconds, but you can customize that amount of time too. We added a white dot on the deadbolt knob, so at a distance we can see if the door is locked. We contacted Customer Service via email twice, and received prompt replies.
