This chair is very nice and comftorable, color not like picture but still like it. Two issues were1. trying to assemble the seat portion which had no starter hole on one side and2. a partial cracked slat on the seat portion.The second reason is why I rated this item with 3 stars. After contacting the company for broken piece I was told there're no spare parts and to return the chair to Amazon of a refund. This reasoning is trash---Iit is too much of a hassle to return for a replacement. Sad that the answer from the manufacturer is to just replace the whole chair,For the price a nice chair and good color but absolutely poor customer service from the Safavieh who is the manufacturer
