Ever After High Thronecoming Blondie Lockes Doll - 12" Fashion Doll with Royal Dress & Accessories - Perfect for Collectors, Gifts, and Playtime Adventures

My granddaughter loved it well worth moneyThis doll is incredibly gorgeous!! First and foremost... she does come a brush, bookmark story/diary, and a gold stand, but for this line they've given them saddle stands, those in which they can held between the doll's legs. These stands are great since they allow the dress to fall perfectly and they cover the stand so the doll looks like she is standing by herself, which is perfect for doll photography!Her dress has 3 layers, the blue part that falls on the sides, with little gold bear heads, honeycombs and bees, trimmed with ruffled edges. The second layer is a really light yellow sheer with a metallic print with has dots and bows, and finally the last layer which is just a light yellow stiff, quality fabric, which allows for the dress to keep its bell shape. Ans finally her shoes, which are gorgeous!!Hee hair is done in this bright blonde, basically yellow, with lighter yellow streaks. It has tinsel all around, which makes it look sparkly. And her hair is styled to look like bear ears, which i think its very clever and looks great with blondie's youthful face and expression, which I adore.Overall i totally reccommend this doll to collectors, as well as kids who want to play with them!I've attached detailed photos of the doll so you can check them by yourself. ??Blondie looks great in her throne coming dress, I love the colour and fabric choses for her dress as they really suit her. I did have a few problems though. First off, there was left over glue on her face from when they put the adhesive face on, I had to fix it with nail polish remover and even then her face isn't glue free, though you can only see it if your looking closely. Secondly one of her ear-ring wholes was in the wrong place, instead of being in the ear lobe, it was in the centre of her ear. While these two problems are only slight, I was a like disappointed with it as all of my other Ever After High dolls where perfect. On a brighter note, the display stands they have for this line (Thronecoming) are great, unlike the normal display stands, these ones clip in underneath the dress so that the dress doesn't get squished or put out of shape.Her hair and make up is something that I feel I need to praise. Blondie's hair has three different types of colour through it, golden, blond and shiny gold streaks that are just stunning. Over all, I love this doll and would recommend any Ever After High fan to snatch it up.Hair was not as nice as expected.Christmas gift for my daughters, and they loved it! Here in Brazil (and I assume in several other countries) these dolls cost 4 times more than Amazon's prices. The doll is very nice. Much more beautiful than the Monster High types. The Ever After High (EAH) collection is of particular interest to girls that have seen/are seeing the Once Upon a Time TV series, since almost all the TV show characters have their sons/daughters represented as EAH dolls!You have to love the creativity applied to this line in the EAH doll collection. Teddy ear hair puffs, a bear mask, and the elegant yet warm and homey feel of Blondie's gown coloring is way worth the purchase.Defective. The doll's head tilts upward as if she's looking at the top of a wall. Probably wouldn't be an issue for a less discerning child, but she noticed it right away and asked me to correct it. I could not. I would return it if it was local, but the doll was a gift carried halfway around the world. So replacement is unrealistic, at least within several months. However, all the pieces were present and the overall quality was good. Her only other point of dissatisfaction was that her "gloves" are painted on and not removable.Gorgeous doll! Fits right in with the theme!
